Luxury Villas in Seminyak: One of the Reasons Why Tourists Love Bali
When it comes to tourism, Bali is Indonesia’s crown jewel, and as The Jakarta Post reports, the country’s smallest province has something big to boast about—it managed to beat its own tourist projections for 2013:
The provincial Tourism Agency on Wednesday released the official data on the number of foreign tourists visiting Bali from January to December 2013, which amounted to 3,278,697 people.
The figure was an increase of 13.37 percent from the total number of direct foreign tourist arrivals in 2012, which reached 2,892,019.
“It surpassed our target of 3.1 million. The percentage achievement reached 103 percent,” said agency head Ida Bagus Kade Subhiksu, confirming the data.
He highlighted that the overall performance for tourism last year was very progressive, thanks to efforts to improve infrastructure and other supporting factors.
The data showed that the highest arrival numbers throughout the year were in August, reaching 309,219 people, followed by September with 305,629 people.
This staggering number is no surprise, given Bali’s amazing beauty and the varied activities that tourists can do. For example, art lovers can shop for traditional Balinese pieces in Sukawati Market, while surfing enthusiasts can challenge the waves at Uluwatu. Those who want to experience Bali’s world-famous beaches should definitely stay in Seminyak, where they can revel in the relaxing atmosphere while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean.
After a long day of fun and exploration, however, tourists need a comfortable place where they can wind down. While they can book hotel rooms for accommodation, they should also consider staying at private luxury villas in Seminyak. These places differ from hotels in that guests transact directly with the property owner; as a result, they can expect higher quality service and greater savings since there are no booking agents to serve as middlemen.
Some operators in Seminyak have 4 bedroom villas too, so guests will never feel cramped, no matter how large their party is. Like hotels, these places also have luxury amenities such as massages and beauty treatments that rejuvenate people for another day of sightseeing.
When looking for private villas though, book only with trusted operators such as Baali Villas. Reliable villa chains can provide the most spacious villas for the best price possible, to make your trip to Bali that much more memorable.
